FACILITY & PARKING RENTAL

Pacific Beach Presbyterian Church has two rooms that can be rented out for either a one-time event or on a regular basis. We also have several parking spaces that can be leased on a monthly basis. Please see below for more information.

SPACES

Calvin Hall

Calvin Hall is a large meeting space that includes options for tables, chairs, and kitchen use (on a limited basis). Sound and video projection are also available.

Knox Chapel

Knox Chapel is a small meeting space with couches and a table and chairs.

Parking Spots

We have a limited number of parking spaces in our parking lot off Hornblend Street that are rented out on a monthly basis. 

Other spaces are available upon request.

Costs and Forms

Room Rentals:

Both Calvin Hall and Knox Chapel can be rented for one-time events or for use on a regular (weekly, monthly, etc.) basis. Our fees are listed below:

Fees for a Single Event:

  • Calvin Hall without kitchen                      $200 per event

  • Calvin Hall with kitchen                           $300 per event

  • Knox Chapel                                              $65 per event

 

Fees for  use on a regular basis:

  • Calvin Hall without kitchen                        $30 per meeting

  • Calvin Hall with kitchen                             $60 per meeting                    

  • Knox Chapel                                              $30 per meeting

If you are interested in renting a room, please fill out the Facility Use Request form and email it to the church office (church@pbpres.org). Once the request is received, you will be contacted and, if the space is available and the request is approved, a Facility Use Agreement will be generated. For general questions about room rentals, you can contact the church office.

Parking Spaces:

The monthly rental fee for each parking spot is $150 a month. A Parking Space Rental Agreement should be filled out and emailed to the church office (church@pbpres.org). As you will see in the agreement, along with the rental fee, we require proof of insurance on the vehicle that will be parked in our lot as well as a Certificate of Liability from the insurance company naming the church as an additional insured party. Once the Agreement has been received, you will be contacted to go over the details. For general questions about parking space rentals, you can contact the church office.
